ClubTrader Return Policy

 

We work very hard to ensure that all used golf clubs are accurately described according to the ClubTrader’s condition guideline.  At ClubTrader, members upload actual photos of their club(s) instead of stock photos like other sites use. Members listing their golf clubs for sale or trade are required to accurately describe the club’s condition (Like New, Average, and Poor) based on ClubTrader’s Condition Guide, along with the serial number of each club if applicable.  Using actual photos and serial numbers in conjunction with the Condition Guide as reference will minimize disputes.  If you feel that the item you purchased was not in the condition described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the equipment to arrange a return to the seller.  Item(s) must be in the same condition as when delivered.  All sales are final 48 hours after delivery. Cancellation by the buyer of orders that have been processed past the sending out of the EasyShip kit to the seller will be required to be charged a nominal fee to cover the cost of sending the EasyShip kit out.  In the event that an order has been cancelled by the buyer before the EasyShip kit has been sent out, then there would not be any charges or fees.  This policy is in place only to cover the cost of expenses. In the event that for whatever reason the seller decides to not proceed with a transaction after an order has been placed and the EasyShip kit has been mailed to the seller, then it is the responsibility of the seller to pay the amount to cover the cost of the EasyShip kit and its postage.

If you need to make a return, you must contact our return department (returns@clubtrader.com) or call us at 714-522-2254 ext. 226 within 48 hours of delivery.  It is the seller’s responsibility to honestly and accurately describe the condition of items being sold.  It is the seller’s responsibility to pay return shipping costs necessary due to misrepresentation of an item’s condition or inaccurate serial numbers.

All ClubTrader shipments are insured by UPS for the value of the item being shipped.  If any items are broken while in transit, please notify ClubTrader customer service department (claims@clubtrader.com) within 48 hours to begin your claim process.

Please contact our ClubTrader resolution department within 48 hours of delivery for any disputes regarding items received that were not as described.  Our resolution department (dispute@clubtrader.com) will investigate the accuracy of your claim and resolve the matter with both parties.

All items must be returned to the seller within 2 business days of receiving the disputed items.
All original paperwork must be included in the return box.
Refunds will be made via the same method by which you paid.   
Seller’s return shipping costs are not refundable.
