ClubTrader Shipping Process

ClubTrader has a unique two-part shipping process that has been designed to simplify the buying and selling process for our ClubTrader members.

Once a Clubtrader member sells his/her club to another ClubTrader member, the first part of shipping begins.  The correct size custom shipping box is mailed out via USPS First Class Mail and will arrive at the selling member’s location within 3 business days.

Once the selling member receives his/her shipping box in the mail, they then have 3 business days to insert the club(s) into the box and drop it off at any of the 4,600 UPS locations nationwide.  The seller  also has the option for front-door pick-up.  (Please note that the sooner the seller sends his/her club(s) to the buyer, the sooner the seller will get paid.)

At this point the golf club is in shipment.  Shipping duration varies based on the distance between members.  We recommend that when searching for items on ClubTrader.com, you sort by geographical location. The closer two members are geographically, the faster your clubs will arrive at their destination.  The total shipping time will vary, of course, and all shipments can be tracked by both parties.  Typically, the amount of time until you receive clubs that you have purchased through ClubTrader.com should range from 5 – 10 days from time of purchase.

ClubTrader’s EasyShip system will provide the hard-to-find box with a postage-paid addressed to the buyer.  Simple instructions are sent from one of ClubTrader’s three shipping locations, which ensures the custom shipping kit arrives to the seller within 2-3 business days. 

As soon as we receive the automatic delivery confirmation that your clubs have been delivered, your funds are immediately sent to you via your pre-selected payment method (PayPal, credit card, or check by mail) minus the standard 8% processing fee.

- Delivery of the kit to seller via USPS First Class Mail (2-3 days)
- The EasyShip custom box, bubblewrap head protector, and shipping tape
- UPS Ground label pre-addressed to the seller
- Simple instructions.
